- Dial *126# on your phone
- Select Redeem Bonga Points

- Then, follow the prompts to redeem your Bonga points.
2. How To Redeem Bonga Points using the MySafaricom App
- Download and install the app from Playstore
- Login to your account or Register if you haven’t registered yet.
- Tap on the Bonga Button
- Then select Redeem Points.
- Select your redemption preference, then choose your best offer from the options.
- Tap on Redeem and then Continue.
Your Bonga points redemption will be processed shortly.
